LR Third, Berger Second Through 36 in Jonesboro

JONESBORO, Ark. – Little Rock is in third place and Shania Berger is second through 36 holes of the Lady Red Wolf Classic at Sage Meadows Golf Club.
 
The Trojans posted a team score of 613 on Monday. UTEP (592) leads the field of eight teams, followed by Arkansas State (611) in second place.
 
Berger is six shots off the pace at 4 over par. The junior shot 74-74 on Monday and will enter the final round trailing UTEP's Lily Downs, who shot 71-71 and is 2 under par.
 
Emelie Blennow, Hannah Ward and Peyton Weaver are all tied for 16^th place at 11 over par. Blennow shot 76-79, Ward shot 77-78 and Weaver shot 75-80 over the first two rounds.
 
Pernille Orlien is tied for 29^th place at 15 over and Lucy Owen is in 35^th place at 22 over par.
 
Tuesday's final round begins at 8:30 a.m.
