"I'm very excited about making it through. It was a tough week where anxiety played a big part, being this a different and bigger stage than I'm used to. The objective before coming here was to do my own golf and enjoy the experience, without thinking about the results, and luckily for me I was able to make it through."
Â
For the second stage, Calderon will compete at one of four different courses in Spain in early November.
Â
"Now for the second stage I have a few weeks to get ready, improve some things that didn't really work this week and go give my 100 percent, with the objective of keep gaining experience, learning and hopefully advance to the third and last stage. But right now I'm very happy about making it to the next stage."

The third and final qualifying stage is set for Nov. 12-17 at Catalunya Resort in Girona, Spain.
