LITTLE ROCK – Little Rock's swimming and diving program has been named a Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America for achieving a grade point average of 3.46 during the 2015 fall semester.

Of the 149 Division I teams to earn the honor, Little Rock ranked 38th. The Trojans were one of a 547 swimming and diving programs across the nation to earn All-America Team status.

"We are extremely proud of what the team accomplished in the classroom during the fall semester," head coach
Amy Burgess said. "The team works very hard in and out of the pool, and we are honored to be recognized by the CSCAA."

To be selected as a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, programs must have achieved a grade point average of 3.00 or higher over the fall semester.
