Results PALM DESERT, Calif. – Little Rock is in a tie for 12
th place following the second round of the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate at The Classic Club. The Trojans posted a team score of 307 on Saturday, leaving the team with a combined score of 603 heading into Sunday's final round.
Kansas leads the field of 20 teams at 575, followed closely by Texas Tech at 580. Colorado (581) and TCU (583) are third and fourth, respectively. Cal Poly and Wyoming are tied for fifth place with matching team scores of 593.
Matias Calderon is leading the Trojans at 4 over par. Calderon carded a 3-over 75 on Saturday to fall back into a tie for 23
rd place.
Brady Edwards and
Noah Tullos are both 9 over par following rounds of 6-over 78 in round two.
George Trujillo carded a 4-over 76 Saturday and is 12 over par.
Sean Walsh of Gonzaga is the leader through two rounds at 5 under par. TCU's Sarosh Adi is just a stroke back at 4 under par.
Sunday's third and final round is slated for a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. (CST).
