Noah Tullos is in second place and Little Rock is tied for eighth place through 18 holes of the Sun Belt Championship at Raven Golf Club.

Tullos tallied six birdies against one bogey to finish Sunday with a 5-under 66. He will enter Monday's second round just a stroke back of Georgia State's J.J. Grey (-6).

Tullos finished the front nine holes at 3 under par before going 2 under par on the back nine. Sunday's score established a new career best for Tullos, besting his round of 4-under 67 at the Ogio Utah Invitational in Oct. 2015.

The Paragould, Ark., native is a stroke ahead of third-place Calum Masters (-4) of Troy and two strokes up on fourth-place Daniel Jansen (-3) from South Alabama. Two individuals are tied for fifth place at 2 under par.

As a team, Little Rock posted a team score of 293 on Sunday. The Trojans are just three strokes outside the top-five and 11 strokes behind leader Georgia State (282). Texas State and Troy are tied for second place with matching team scores of 288.
