LITTLE ROCK – The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences has joined with Little Rock men's and women's basketball for this year's Pink Glove Dance, a competition to increase breast cancer awareness.

Joe Foley and members of the Little Rock men's and women's basketball teams.

UAMS could win up to $15,000 to benefit breast cancer research.

Videos are posted on the Pink Glove Dance website and are judged on the basis of votes they receive. Voters are eligible to vote once a day per e-mail address. Share with your family and friends through your social media accounts.

To help raise awareness for breast cancer detection and research, vote daily. Voting begins on Monday, Sept. 12 and ends Friday, Sept. 23.

If UAMS is awarded any prize money, all funds will benefit Susan G. Komen Arkansas, a consistent supporter of UAMS researchers.
