Weaver Leads Trojans Through 36 Holes at MSU

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Little Rock is tied for sixth place through 36 holes at the MSU/Payne Stewart Memorial. Peyton Weaver is tied for 10^th place as the Trojans' top individual.
 
UTEP leads the field with a team score of 599. South Dakota State (609) is 10 strokes back in second place and host Missouri State (611) is alone in third place.
 
UTEP's June Ting is tied atop the leaderboard with South Dakota's Brenna Lervick at 3 over par.
 
Tied with Western Illinois, Little Rock combined for a team score of 619, just a stroke back of fifth-place ULM (618) and five shots behind fourth-place Oral Roberts (614).
 
Weaver, Little Rock's top individual on Monday, carded consecutive rounds of 5-over 76 and will enter Tuesday's final round at 10 over par.
 
Hannah Ward is tied for 23^rd overall at 12 over par. Ward shot an 8-over 79 in the first round but came back with a 4-over 75 in round two. Newcomer Thea Wakeford-Wesmann is 15 over par while Pernille Orlien in 18 over.
 
Tuesday's final round begins with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.
