LITTLE ROCK – The third annual Little Rock/A-State Invitational will take place March 27-28 at Maumelle Country Club.

The tournament will feature 54 holes played over two days. The teams open with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start and 36 holes on Monday. Tuesday's final round of 18 will also include an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.

Maumelle Country Club features a par-72, 6,202-yard layout.
In addition to Little Rock and Arkansas State, the field includes Central Arkansas, Evansville, Missouri State, Northern Illinois, Northern Iowa, Oklahoma City, Omaha, Toledo, UTEP and Wichita State.

Last year, Little Rock's
Shania Berger tied for fourth place. Berger finished at 4 over par, shooting 79-69-77 over her three rounds. Berger has three top-10 finishes to her credit in 2016-17, including a recent fourth-place finish at the Rio Verde Invitational in late February.

Central Arkansas has won both of the previous Little Rock/A-State Invitationals.
