UCA Open Results
LITTLE ROCK – The Trojan men's track and field team got one event win from
Antonio Coleman at the UCA Open in Conway and had four others compete in California on Saturday afternoon.

In the Golden State at the Beach Invitational,
Michael McGruder placed 10th overall but third among Division I collegiate runners in the 100, running the race in a time of 10.55 seconds.
Kendrick Dunn was 46th overall but 30th among Division I runners with a time of 10.89 seconds, and Ch'kilas Calhoun was 59th overall but 38th among Division I runners with a time of 11.03 seconds.

In the 110 hurdles in California,
Zodani Francois placed 17th with a time of 14.69 seconds.

Back in Arkansas,
Antonio Coleman won the 110 hurdles, racing to a time of 15.68 seconds to beat out the second-place finisher by 0.73 seconds.

Isaac Lalang and
Emilio Medina took second and fourth place, respectively, in the 1500 at the UCA Open. Lalang finished in 4:00.97 and Medina finished in 4:05.11.
Kenneth Broyles and
Tyler Davis also ran in the 1500, placing 17th in 4:23.06 and 24th in 4:36.14, respectively.

Desmond Gulley took third in the long jump, reaching 7.29 meters (23' 11").

Travion Clark had a fifth-place showing in the 100, running the race in 11.33 seconds.
Tre' James was 10th in 11.62 seconds. Terrance Goodwin took 24th in 12.30 seconds and
Cory Martin was 26th in 13.67 seconds.

Clark was also in the top 10 in the 200, taking sixth in 22.41 seconds. In the 400, Amenzou came in 20th in 53.79 seconds, and
Kenneth Broyles had a sixth-place effort of 2:07.79 in the 800.

The Trojans are all back in one location next weekend, heading to Jonesboro to take on the Red Wolves Open hosted by Arkansas State.
