STATESBORO, Ga. – With lone possession of first place in the Sun Belt Conference, Little Rock women's basketball (6-8, 3-0 Sun Belt) will look to keep up its winning ways as it visits Georgia Southern (3-11, 0-3 Sun Belt) on Saturday at 1 p.m. (CT) inside Hanner Fieldhouse.

Little Rock owns a 5-0 series lead against Georgia Southern since the beginning of the series in 2015. The Trojans have visited Statesboro on two occasions with the last coming in 2016 as Little Rock won 50-45. Last season, the Trojans beat the Eagles 57-41 at the Jack Stephens Center.

Georgia Southern has lost eight consecutive games with its last win coming in November. Opponents are outscoring the Eagles by an average of 14 points per game this season and 25.7 points in Sun Belt play. GS lost 71-62 to Arkansas State on Thursday night after shooting just 28.1 percent (16-for-57) for the game.
