BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – In its next-to-last regular-season meet, Little Rock's men indoor track and field program tallied an event win and had several top-10 program times at the Jaguar Invitational on Sunday at the Birmingham Crossplex.

In a field of 32,
Charles Okeze won the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.29 — the fourth-fastest in program history and an improvement of .14 seconds over his previous time.
Keshawn Andrews finished with a season-best 23.07 seconds, and
Emmanuel Olie came in with a season-best 23.08.

In the prelims of the 60-meter dash, Okeze qualified for the finals with a time of 6.90 while
Keshawn Andrews also qualified with a time of 6.94. Andrews bested Okeze in the finals by finishing sixth in 6.89 seconds while Okeze took eighth in 6.91 seconds. Andrews' finals time was the sixth-fastest in school history while Okeze's prelim time was the seventh-fastest.

Gossett was 10th in the 60-meter hurdles prelim with a time of 8.76 — the third-fastest time in program history. Teammate
Max Holzmueller was 11th at 8.89 seconds — the fourth-fastest in school history.

Emilio Medina began the day with a season-best time of 9:04.12 in the 3,000-meter run and placed eighth.
Rogelio Araiza finished 10th with a time of 9:13.45

In the 800-meter run,
Noah Smith took 11th and matched his season-best time of 1:58.34.
Imad Amenzou took 16th at 1:59.99, and
Hunter Tucker finished in 2:02.77.

Tucker was the Trojans' top finisher in the one-mile run with a season-best time of 4:32.74 while Garret Rokas came in with a time of 4:46.46.

Jalen Black finished 11th in the 400-meter dash as he finished the race in 50.50 seconds. Jalen Gossett came in at 52.51 seconds.

Holzmueller had a distance of 6.01 meters in the long jump.

Little Rock will finish up the regular season beginning at the Samford February Open beginning on Friday at the Birmingham Crossplex in Birmingham.
