LITTLE ROCK – Little Rock's women's outdoor track and field squad divided up for this weekend's competitions at Rice's Victor Lopez Classic in Houston and the Harding Invitational on Friday and Saturday.

Reigning Sun Belt Track Athlete of the Week
Shanieke Watson won the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:44.66 — beating second place by nearly a minute. Watson's time was the third-best in program history. She went on to finish second in the 1500 meter with a time of 4:37.45 while
Hunter Paul took 37th in 4:57.50.

Vianney Sanchez was 10th in the 5k with a time of 18:46.74, and
Hannah Manning took fourth in the 10k with a time of 40.25.99.

TeeTee Scott finished 11th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 56.89 — .13 seconds outside the program's top-10 times. Scott took 26th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.34

Nicole Edison was 21st in the in the long jump with a mark of 5.35 meters.

Brittany Pinder-Jones was 26th in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.73.

Brandi Allen was second in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.40.

Ka'Neisha Jackson placed third in the 200 meter with a time of 25.14.
Helensia Green was sixth as she finished in 26.20 seconds while
Dasia Harris was 10th in 26.99 seconds.

Jackson had the second-best time in the 400 meter as she finished in 57.33 seconds. Green was fourth in 58.10 seconds, and Harris was ninth in 59.55 seconds.

Little Rock will now head to the Ole Miss Classic in Oxford, Mississippi on Saturday.
