Compton Announces Summer Volleyball Camp Dates

LITTLE ROCK – Head coach Van Compton has announced the camp dates of her 2018 summer volleyball camps that will be held at the Jack Stephens Center during the month on July.
 
Hitter/setter camp will take place July 9-10 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and costs $50. Serve/serve receive camp will happen on July 11-12 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and costs $50. Defensive specialist camp will round out the position camps on July 13 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and costs $35.
 
Individual camp for campers entering grades 4-12 will begin on July 16 and end on July 19. The camp will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. each night and costs $150.
 
The new advanced skills camp will take place July 20-21 for advanced players entering grades 9-12. Emphasis will be placed on individual skills through position work and defensive and offensive concepts. The camp will take place from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on July 20 and will go from 10 a.m. to noon on July 21. Cost for the camp is $150.
 
Senior high team camp is set for July 23-24, and junior high team camp will be held on July 25-26. Both camps will run from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day and will cost $50 per player.

All campers will need to bring a 2017-18 physical signed by a doctor to registration and must have this to participate in any camp.
