SAN MARCOS, Texas – A bronze-medal performance in the women's 4x400-meter relay highlighted Little Rock's final day of competition at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Sunday at Texas State.

Ka'Neisha Jackson put up a time of 3:44.20 — the fourth-fastest time in program history. The Trojans' performance spoiled Arkansas State's shot at a share of the Sun Belt Outdoor Championship as Jackson made the move to third ahead of the Red Wolves' Briana Hardiman in the final stretch. As a result, Little Rock's finish caused Arkansas State to come up one point shy of tying Texas State for the league title.

This is the second consecutive year in which the Trojans have medaled in the 4x400.

Jackson also earned Little Rock four points in the 400-meter hurdles as she placed fifth with a time of 1:01.94. Jackson was just .01 seconds off her personal record.

A day after winning the 3,000-meter steeplechase championship,
Shanieke Watson placed eighth in the 1500 with a time of 4:36.26 to score a point for Little Rock.

Hunter Paul just missed scoring for Little Rock as she finished ninth out of 44 runners in the 5,000-meter run. Paul ended the event with a time of 18:13.59.

Overall, Little Rock finished its season in 10th with 21 points.
