LITTLE ROCK – Little Rock will make a return trip to the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee in 2018, making the short drive up Interstate 40 to face the Memphis Tigers in December. The game will be played either Tuesday, December 18 or Wednesday, December 19 and will be finalized once the 2018-19 NBA schedule is released.

The meeting between the Trojans and Tigers will be the seventh all-time between the two schools with Little Rock still seeking its first win in the series. Five of the six previous meetings have been in Memphis, including last season's showdown which saw the Trojans lead for nearly 30 minutes, including by 14 in the first half, before a late Tiger run sealed the 70-62 loss.
Another storyline leading into the game will be that of a pair of former NBA players going head-to-head in their first seasons as head coaches at the Division I level. Little Rock's
Darrell Walker, who played in the NBA for 10 seasons, will square off against new Memphis head coach Penny Hardaway, a 14-year NBA veteran and four-time All-Star selection, who is in his first season as the head coach of his alma mater.
Game time and ticket information will be announced once the date of the contest is finalized.
