This will be the fifth straight season the Trojans and Commodores have met with Little Rock still looking for its first win over the SEC school. Vanderbilt is coming off a sixth-place, 165-point finish in the Georgia Fall Invitational against Virginia, Georgia, Auburn, Penn State, Florida State, Harvard and Fresno State.
"We are excited to continue our yearly dual with Vanderbilt," head coach
Amy Burgess said. "Having winter break in the middle of our season can cut holiday breaks short, and we are hoping some competition will help keep training motivations high. Vanderbilt brings a good team to Little Rock, and we are anxious to see what both teams will do in the pool."
After wrapping things up with Vandy, Little Rock will have over two weeks to prepare for its final home meet of the season against North Texas, Ouachita Baptist and conference-foe Southern Illinois on Jan. 16.
