LITTLE ROCK – Little Rock takes off on a road trip to St. Louis and Evansville, Indiana for double dual on Friday and a triple dual on Saturday. The Trojans take on St. Louis and Lindenwood-Belleville on Friday starting at 5 p.m. and then Indiana State, Butler, and Evansville for the triple dual on Saturday at 1 p.m.
"This weekend brings the challenge of travel, quick turn around, and tough competition," head coach
Amy Burgess said. "We have had a little rivalry with St. Louis and are looking for the determination to come home with some wins to outweigh the woes of travel.
The team has stepped it up in a great way these last couple of weeks and they are ready for the weekend ahead."
The Trojans last competed in the Little Rock Invitational where they are coming off a third place finish with 569 points.
Tori Fryar stood out again placing first in the 1000-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle.
Lily Kerr was right behind Fryar with a third place finish in the 100-yard free and
Claire Bristow took third in the 500-yard free.

Samantha Gray took first-place in the in the three-meter dive with a score of 248.35 and claimed the same score in the one-meter dive earning a second place finish. Those results earned her the Missouri Valley Conference Diver of the Week for the first time this season and her seventh time in her collegiate career.

After the double and triple duals from this weekend, the Trojans will have a week off from meets before they head to Lawrence, Kansas for the Kansas Classic and KU Diving Invitational starting on November 17.
