LITTLE ROCK – Little Rock welcomes Appalachian State to the Jack Stephens Center on Monday night at 8 p.m. The game will be televised on the American Sports Network and streamed live on ESPN3.

Monday is Maroon Mania at the Jack Stephens Center. Fans are encouraged to wear maroon and spirit bands will be given away while supplies last. At halftime, all of Little Rock's student-athletes with GPAs of 3.0 or better will be recognized on the court.

Little Rock is coming off an 82-75 loss to Coastal Carolina on Saturday. The Trojans led by three at halftime, but Coastal sored 51 points on 63 percent shooting in the second half to earn the win.

Jalen Jackson scored 21 points – the second-most of his Little Rock career – while making a career-high nine field goals vs. Coastal Carolina. Three more Little Rock players scored 11 points.

Jackson, who was just 1-of-7 shooting from the floor over his previous three games, has scored in double figures 12 times on the season. It was his fourth double-digit performance of Sun Belt play.

Appalachian State is 6-15 on the season and 1-9 in Sun Belt play following Saturday's loss at Arkansas State. The Mountaineers shot 45.6 percent and made nine 3-pointers in the 79-78 loss in Jonesboro.

Ronshad Shabazz is averaging 17.3 points per game on the season and nearly 19 per game in Sun Belt games to lead App State's offense. The Mountaineers are averaging 75.2 points per game and rank second in the conference with 14.3 assists per game. App State's 8.7 made 3-pointers per game rank third in the league.
