Chile Pepper Festival Up Next for Trojans

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – After nearly a month off to train, Little Rock returns to the trails Saturday morning as the Trojans will compete at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival in Fayetteville.

Little Rock, Abilene Christian, Arkansas, Arkansas State, Baylor, Buffalo, North Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Rice, South Dakota, Texas, Texas Southern, Texas State, Tulsa, ULM, UT Arlington and UTRGV
 
Three Things to Know
  1. Welcome Back
    After nearly a month off in order to train, Little Rock is back in action in a meet when the Trojans head up to Fayetteville for the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival.
  2. Sun Belt Preview
    Saturday's race will be an early look at how the Trojans will fare against other Sun Belt competition later this year as four other Sun Belt teams will be competing – Arkansas State, Texas State, ULM and UT Arlington.
  3. Go The Distance
    For the first time this season, the men will compete in a championship distance race with an 8k run while the women will compete in a championship distance 5k run for the second time this season.
