LITTLE ROCK- The Trojans will return to Sun Belt Conference action when they host Troy for a pivotal three-game series starting April 26 at 6 p.m.

Little Rock is currently 19-21 (11-6 Sun Belt) after a heartbreaking walk-off 5-4 loss to Louisiana Tech. In their previous conference series, Little Rock took two out of three games from ULM on Monroe, La., using a four-home run week from
Riley Pittman to win the series.
Hayden Arnold and
Jose Torres also produced some very quality starts on the mound to lead the Trojan pitching staff.

Reyes' Production
Christian Reyes blasted the first home run of his Little Rock career in the third game against ULM. The senior has stepped up to play shortstop and hit in the leadoff spot for the entirety of the season. Reyes has started all 40 games this year and has been extremely solid defensively, posting a .989 fielding percentage. From the leadoff spot, Reyes leads the team in walks (32) and runs scored (39).

Scouting Troy
The Trojans come into this weekend's series with a 21-20 record (9-9 Sun Belt) and currently sit in third place of the East Division of the Sun Belt. Troy took two games from Appalachian State and fell to Samford 4-3 on Tuesday. The Trojans have posted a .277 team batting average with 35 home runs. Rigsby Mosley leads the way with a .359 average and 12 doubles and three home runs. Their pitching staff has registered a 5.66 team ERA to this point. Cory Gill has burst into the starting rotation and posted a 5-1 record with a 3.68 ERA in 44 innings pitched.

Back to Conference Play
With no midweek game next week, the Trojans will travel to Mobile, Ala. to take on South Alabama for another important three-game series. First pitch with the conference opponent is set for 6:30 p.m. on May 3.
