LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Laura Jansen and
Alyssa Nayar posted double-doubles and the Trojans played in another close set but Little Rock fell, 3-1, Friday night at home to Arkansas State.

Jansen led all players with 19 kills and added 11 digs while Nayar set up 21 assists and 11 digs in the effort for Little Rock (1-12, 1-11 Sun Belt). And the Trojans found themselves in a set decided by two points for the 18
th time this season.

However, unforced errors prevented any form of home victory as Arkansas State (7-5, 7-5) claimed the win. Little Rock led in attack errors (29-22), reception errors (6-2) and ball handling errors (6-2) in the match.

Leigh Maher led all players with 24 digs while
Zanobia Willis led the Trojans with seven blocks. Set scores were 25-20, 25-15, 23-25 and 25-17. The Red Wolves were led by Madison Brown's 17 points while Tatum Ticknor added 20 digs.
