Set One – Little Rock 25, ULM 22

It was a back-and-forth affair through the early stages of set one with neither team building more than a three-point lead until a 14-11 advantage for the Trojans off a kill from Nejra Hanic. ULM would use a 9-3 run to take a 20-17 lead, forcing a Little Rock timeout and sparking the offense as the Trojans would rattle off seven-straight points to take a 24-20 lead before claiming the set, 25-22.

Set Two – Little Rock 25, ULM 13

Set two started out competitively as well as the two teams exchanged the first eight points, sitting tied at 4-4. A 7-1 Trojan run broke the set open, giving Little Rock the 11-5 lead off a kill from Medlin, and Little Rock continued to cruise, outscoring ULM 14-8 down the stretch to take the 2-0 lead in the match.

Set Three – Little Rock 25, ULM 15

Little Rock gained the early advantage in set three, building a 7-3 lead early and never looking back. The Warhawks would get to within two at 9-7, but that was as close as the gap would be as the Trojans used a 10-4 run to up its lead to 19-11 and take control of the final set. Laure Jansen helped secure the straight-set victory, registering three kills over the final five points with Livia Kimura ending the match with a service ace.

Little Rock improves to 11-7 on the season and 2-4 in Sun Belt play and will continue its road swing Saturday night, making the drive down to Lafayette to take on Louisiana. Opening serve against the Ragin' Cajuns is set for 6 p.m. and will stream live on ESPN+.
