STILLWATER, Okla. – Juniors
Spencer Cardinal and
Matilda Horton each led the Trojans Saturday morning as Little Rock competed at the Weis-Crockett Invitational in Stillwater.

Cardinal placed 94
th overall with a team-leading 8K time of 25:04.7 while Horton's 6K time of 22:57.8, which placed her 146
th, is the second-fastest time by an Ohio Valley Conference runner to date.

Kyla Lochtefeld also entered the top 10 in the OVC charts as her time of 23:36.7 ranks ninth in the league.
Ariana Garcia clocked a personal best time by over 19 seconds, running 24:05.4 while
Brooke Walker (24:07.8) and
Bailey Cronin (24:57.2) rounded out the top five Trojan women.

On the men's side,
Zach McPhee followed Cardinal with a time of 25:35.0 to place 136th in the race while
Andrew Payton ran 25:44.9 to finish 165
th.
Josh Beam notched a new personal best time of 26:29.1 to finish 211
th.

The Trojan men finished 24
th overall while the women finished 25
th. Saturday's race marked the final regular season meet of the year for Little Rock with the Ohio Valley Conference Championships coming up in two weeks.
