Threat of rain Tuesday afternoon pushes the game to Wednesday at 4 p.m.

LITTLE ROCK - Due to the threat of rain storms throughout the afternoon and evening hours Tuesday, Little Rock's game at Central Arkansas scheduled for today at 4 p.m. has been moved to Wednesday, March 9. First pitch between the Bears and Trojans will be at 4 p.m. at Bear Stadium in Conway.

The game will mark the first installment if this year's Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield Governor's I-40 Showdown rivalry series with three points on the line in the standings. UCA heads into the spring season holding a 16-6 edge.

The game in Conway also marks the first road test of the season for Little Rock, playing the first nine games of the year at Gary Hogan Field. The Trojans will then return home for five more games, beginning with a four-game weekend series with North Alabama, getting underway Friday afternoon.
