Curry Finalizes Coaching Staff for the 2023 Season

New hires and promotions round out the staff

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Chris Curry rounded out the baseball coaching staff this summer with several new hires and promotions.

Noah Sanders received a promotion to associate head coach and retains his title of recruiting coordinator after serving as an assistant coach with Little Rock for the past five seasons. In his time at Little Rock, there have been four draft picks to come from the program and he has aided with the development of two All-Sun Belt hitters, Noah Dickerson in 2022 and Riley Pittman in 2019. Sanders is entering his sixth season on the Little Rock coaching staff.

Brady Cox is the first of two new hires for Curry's staff. Cox comes to Little Rock from UTA where he served as the pitching coach for the past two seasons and will continue in that role for the Trojans. When he was hired at UTA in 2021 Cox helped to lead the Mavericks to a second-place finish in the Sun Belt West Division before making a run to the conference tournament semifinals.

Josh Aguilar is in his second season with the Little Rock baseball program. This summer he was elevated to volunteer assistant coach after serving in a graduate manager position for the 2022 season. Aguilar primarily works with Little Rock's catchers while also serving as the bullpen coach during games.

Josh Krstulovich returns for a second year in his position as the director of player development. In the 2022 season he mainly worked with pitchers and constructed opponent scouting reports for the Trojans. This summer Krustulovich worked with the MLB Draft League as player personnel and scout liaison. His responsibilities included roster management, overseeing data operations and communication with scouts.

Charles Gravett is the second new addition to the Little Rock coaching staff. Gravett comes to Little Rock from Xavier University where he served as the director of operations on the baseball coaching staff. He will serve the same role for the Trojans from a graduate assistant position this season.
