LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Little Rock men's basketball returns home for the first of four-straight home contests as the Trojans host Georgia State. Tip-off is set for 12 p.m. at The Jack Stephens Center. Fans can use code THANKS for $5 general admission tickets.
This will be the second-straight meeting for Little Rock and Georgia State as the teams faced each other in the Capitol Challenge in Atlanta on Sunday. The Panthers won the game 88-77.
Jamir Chaplin led all Trojans with 22 points, while
KK Robinson recorded his first double-double of the season with 16 points and a career-high ten rebounds.
Cougar Downing contributed 17 points going 6-of-12 from the three-point line.
This will be the 30th meeting between the two teams with Little Rock leading the series 19-10. Georgia State is currently on a six game winning streak dating back to February 25, 2017. The Trojans are 10-3 against the Panthers at home.
DeAntoni Gordon leads Little Rock overall in scoring averaging 18 points and game, while Chaplin leads the team in rebounds averaging 6.5 per contest.
