CHICAGO, Ill. - Little Rock men's basketball team continues the 2023-24 season on the road as the Trojans face UIC Friday at 7:30 p.m. This will be the first meeting between the two teams.
The broadcast of the game with be aired on ESPN+. Radio coverage will be available of 106.7 FM The Buz2 with Ray Tucker on the call. Live stats will also be available for the game.
The Trojans enter the contest after winning their season and home opener 71-66 over Texas State at The Jack Stephens Center on Monday. This was Little Rock's first victory over the Bobcats since January 2, 2020.
Senior
KK Robinson led all scorers with a career-high 24 points. He also recorded career highs of four rebounds, five steals, and two blocks, and tied his career-high in assists with four. Graduate
DeAntoni Gordon led the team in rebounds with eight and also contributed 19 points, while graduate
Jamir Chaplin scored 16 points while shooting 50% from the field and the three-point line.
UIC enters the contest 0-1 after losing 69-58 at Cincinnati on Monday. The Flames had three players in double-digits with Toby Okani leading the way with 20 points and 11 rebounds for the double-double.
