LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The Little Rock Men's Basketball closes out non-conference action on Thursday as the Trojans host Jacksonville State. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. at The Jack Stephens Center. Fans can use the code HOLIDAY to purchase $5 General Admission or $12 Leather Seat tickets.
The Trojans enter the contest 6-6 after an 80-66 victory over Murray State on Monday. In that game,
KK Robinson led the team in points with 16 and in rebounds with a career-high 14 boards.
DeAntoni Gordon knocked down 15 points and brought down seven rebounds, while
Bradley Douglas contributed 14 points including four three-pointers.
Jacksonville State enters the match-up 5-7 after defeating Tarleton State 65-62. Overall for the Gamecocks, KyKy Tandy leads the team in points averaging 17.2 points per game, while Juwan Perdue leads the team in rebounds averaging 5.3 per game.
This will be the fourth meeting between Little Rock and Jacksonville State with the Gamecocks leading the all-time series 2-1. The Trojans have lost the past two meetings including the last on December 17, 2022 in Jacksonville, Ala. 72-62. The last win for Little Rock over Jacksonville State was on December 20, 2013 at a neutral site. The Trojans won 75-70.
