LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The Little Rock Men's Basketball continues Ohio Valley Conference action on Thursday as the Trojans host SIUE.  Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. or approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the women's game.
The Trojans enter the contest 7-8 overall and 1-1 in conference action after losing 90-82 at Tennessee Tech on Saturday.  In that game, 
Jamir Chaplin recorded a career-high 29 points going 9-of-10 from the field and 10-of-11 from the free throw line.  He also led the team in rebounds with nine and assists with two.  
Jaylen Crocker-Johnson also recorded a career-high of 16 points and brought down 16 boards.
SIUE enters the game 8-7 overall and 1-1 in OVC play after losing 78-70 at Western Illinois.  Overall for the Cougars, Shamar Wright leads the team in scoring averaging 15.6 per game, while Damarco Minor leads the team in rebounds averaging 8.7 per game.
This will be the third meeting between the two teams with the series tied at one game a piece.  SIUE won the first match-up on February 4, 2023 in Little Rock 84-81.  Little Rock won on the road against the Cougars 79-74.
