BRENTWOOD, Tenn. -
Jaylen Crocker-Johnson was named the Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the Week released today. Crocker-Johnson becomes the eighth player in OVC history to receive the honor five times in a season.
The San-Antonio, Texas-native averaged 6.5 points and 6.5 rebounds to assist Little Rock to a 2-0 week. Crocker-Johnson recorded five points, three rebounds, one assist, one block, and one steal against Lindenwood. Against SEMO, he led the team in rebounds with ten, his third ten-plus rebound game of the season. He also contributed eight points, three assists, and a steal.
