LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The Little Rock Men's Basketball team continues Ohio Valley Conference action on the road as the Trojans face Southeast Missouri. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.  Fans can listen to the game live on 106.7 TheBuz2 with Ray Tucker or watch on ESPN+.

The Trojans enter the match-up 16-11 overall and 10-4 in the OVC after defeating Southern Indiana 80-62 on Saturday.  Little Rock currently sits tied for second in the conference standings.

Against USI, Jamir Chaplin led the team in scoring with 22 points and surpassed 1,000 career points in the victory.  Chaplin went 8-of-9 from the field and 5-of-6 from the free throw line while also recording six rebounds and two assists.  At the 12:45 mark, he surpassed 1,000 career points.

Makhel Mitchell recorded his first double-double of the season with a season-high of 18 points and a team and season-high of 11 rebounds.  He also tied his season-high with a team-high of five blocks.  Mitchell has led the team in blocks the past seven games.

Bradley Douglas contributed 12 points, including two three-pointers, while DeAntoni Gordon recorded ten points.

Overall for the Trojans, KK Robinson leads the team in points averaging 15.9 per game, while Chaplin leads the team in rebounds averaging 6.7 per game.

Southeast Missouri enters the contest 8-19 overall and 3-11 in the OVC after losing 80-76 at SIUE on Saturday.  Overall for the Redhawks, Rob Martin leads the team in points averaging 11.3 per game, while Josh Earley leads the team in rebounds averaging 4.9 per game.

This will be the eighth meeting between the two teams with Little Rock leading the all-time series record 4-3.  The Trojans won the last contest against SEMO on January 27 in Little Rock winning 66-61.  In that game Robinson and Chaplin each contributed 13 points, while Jaylen Crocker-Johnson led the team in rebounds with ten.

The last win for the Redhawks over the Trojans was on February 2, 2023 in Cape Girardeau.  SEMO won 99-98.

The first-ever meeting between the two teams was on December 30, 1991 in Little Rock.  The Trojans won in overtime 77-85.
