Defense Continues to Dominate as Trojans Pick Up a Result on the Road

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. — The Little Rock defense continues to dominate, leaving Edwardsville with a point after a tie. Peyton Urban stays hot with her fifth shutout of the year and the 11th of her career.

How It Happened
The Little Rock defense stood tall in the tie at SIUE, facing 15 shots with 7 on goal. The first half saw a fairly even matchup between the two teams, with SIUE outshooting Little Rock 5-3; however, the second half featured a more aggressive offensive attack from SIUE with 10 shots. The Trojans were held without a shot in the second half.

• Peyton Urban recorded her 11th career shutout, her fifth of the year, with 7 saves.
• Jetney Cook played her first full 90-minute match.
• Mykena Turner, Shery Saad, and Camryn Jacobs also played the full 90 minutes.
