INDIANAPOLIS, IN. – The Little Rock swimming team is headed back to Indianapolis this week for the 2025 House of Champions Invite, one of the Trojans' most important midseason meets. Competition will run Thursday through Saturday at the IU Natatorium, bringing together a deep field of Division I and Division II programs. Swimming preliminaries will begin each morning at 10 a.m. EST, with finals scheduled for 5 p.m. EST. Diving sessions will take place at 12:30 p.m. EST daily, followed by consolation finals and championship finals later in the evening.
"We're really excited to be back at the House of Champions," Trojans Head Coach Nathan Townsend said. "This is a meet our athletes and staff look forward to every year. Staying in downtown Indy is always a fun experience and competing in one of the great pools in the world adds to the excitement.
"The competition here is incredibly deep, and we get the chance to face several of our conference opponents, which makes it a valuable test as we move through the season. Our team has been working really, really hard, and I think this is the strongest position we've been in to perform at a high level since I've been here. I'm excited to see what we can do throughout the weekend."
Fans can follow along with live results by using the MeetMobile app. Heat sheets and full results will be posted before and after each session throughout the weekend.
This marks Little Rock's return to the House of Champions Invite after a strong showing in 2024. With multiple early-season lifetime bests, several top-ten program performances, and freshman standout Megan Stewart already collecting MVC Freshman of the Week honors, the Trojans enter Indianapolis positioned for another impactful midseason run.
