FAYETTEVILLE, AR. – Little Rock Swimming & Diving makes the trip north to Fayetteville on Saturday for its final fall dual meet before the mid-season championship stretch. The Trojans enter the weekend with confidence, coming off a strong early-season showing highlighted by standout performances at the Rice Fall Splash.
This weekend's meet comes on the heels of freshman Megan Stewart earning Missouri Valley Conference Freshman of the Week honors, a recognition of her early-season success and consistency across multiple events. The Trojans look forward to seeing her continue that momentum in Fayetteville as she takes on another competitive field.
"We're really excited to head up to Fayetteville this weekend. It's our last dual meet before mid-season, so it'll serve as a great checkpoint to see where we are after a tough block of training. We've got some people swimming different events, which will give us valuable clarity on how to structure our team lineup moving forward. I'm really looking forward to a great weekend of racing for the Trojans." — Nathan Townsend
The meet will provide a valuable opportunity for Little Rock to test different event lineups and evaluate performance progress before heading into mid-season competition.
