Little Rock assistant men's basketball coach
Tyler Milchman has been selected as one of the participants at the 2025 Silver Waves Next Up Rising Stars Power Lunch this April in San Antonio, Texas.
The event features 75 collegiate assistant coaches from around the country and provides them with opportunities to meet with athletic directors, associate ADs and search firms during the lunch format during the week of the NCAA Men's Basketball Final Four.Â
Milchman recently was promoted to Assistant Coach – Director of Basketball Operations for the Trojans. He is in his second season as a member of Head Coach
Darrell Walker's staff. The New Jersey native assists with the day-to-day operations of the men's basketball program. He is also responsible for the coordination of travel, analyzing film and data, handling team-issued gear, and monitoring student-athletes' academic progress.

Prior to Little Rock, Milchman spent five years with the West Virginia University men's basketball team where he served as the head student manager and a graduate assistant. WVU made two NCAA Tournament appearances during his time on the staff. He also assisted with the development of seven All-Big 12 conference players.

Milchman graduated with a bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology in 2021, followed by master's degrees in Sport Management and Athletic Coaching in 2023.
