Trojans Set to Launch 2025-26 Season at the All-Arkansas Invitational

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Little Rock swimming team will dive into the 2025-26 season on Saturday, September 20, at the annual All Arkansas Invite inside the Donaghey Aquatic Center. Action begins at 11 a.m. with the 200 medley relay, while diving events will take place concurrently.

The meet brings together programs from across the state, highlighted by the Arkansas Razorbacks, setting the stage for an early test against tough competition. For the Trojans, it's also the first chance to showcase a roster that blends proven veterans with exciting new talent.

This year's team is led by senior Duru Sibik and sixth-year standout Gabriella O'Neil, who will anchor the squad in their final collegiate seasons. They'll be joined by eight newcomers making their Trojan debuts, providing depth across multiple events.

Head Coach Nathan Townsend, entering his third season at the helm, is eager to see how his team stacks up in the season opener.

"We've had a great couple of weeks of training to prepare for this meet," Townsend said. "A lot of our athletes are spread out across multiple events, so I'm excited to see how they compete with a more challenging lineup. With nine newcomers, it will be fun to see them in their first swim meet as a Trojan. As always, Saturdays are for the Trojans!"

The All Arkansas Invite offers fans the first glimpse at this year's squad before the Trojans continue through a full season slate.
