Coach Talk
"They have an interim coach over there and a brand new assistant," head coach
Chris Curry said. "We know what they've done in the past, but with a new coach and assistant, you never know what they might do. I'm going into the weekend wide-eyed and wide open. Historically, they have big, strong Midwest guys who will be ready and timed up well to hit the fastball."
Series History
- This marks just the second series between the two programs, with the all-time record tied 1-1.
- Little Rock hosted Eastern Michigan for a two-game set in March 2010.
- EMU won the opener 7-6, and the Trojans responded with a 15-4 victory in the second game.
