COACH SPEAK
"We have played well but two wins going into the tournament would help us a great deal to build some momentum. We are looking for that spark. The good thing is we are playing at home, and it's Homecoming week, so we should have good crowds. That is definitely an advantage."
-Darrell Walker, Little Rock Head Coach

TROJAN TIDBITS
Kachi Nzeh led the Trojans with 16 points in the loss to SEMO Saturday. He also chipped in four rebounds.
Johnathan Lawson scored his 1,000th career point earlier this season. He only needs 23 to hit 1,000 points in his Little Rock career. Lawson, a Memphis native, played at Memphis and Creighton before coming to Little Rock last season.
Joseph Thomas played a career-high 21 minutes against SEMO and hit a critical three-pointer late in the game.

SCOUTING THE EAGLES
• Morehead State enters Thursday's matchup riding a six-game winning streak, one of the longest active streaks in the OVC.
• The Eagles are still in the hunt for the No. 1 seed and outright OVC regular-season championship, but must defeat Little Rock and receive favorable results elsewhere in the conference standings.
• MSU has dictated the pace during its recent run, trailing for just 23 minutes and 26 seconds over the past five games.
• Offensively, the Eagles rank third in the OVC at 76.0 points per game and have topped the 70-point mark in 20 contests this season.
• The Eagles have proven effective in close games, posting a 9-3 record in games decided by five points or fewer, and is 15-1 this season when leading with one minute remaining. Under head coach Jonathan Mattox, the Eagles are 29-1 over the past two seasons when holding a late lead.
