For our fourth episode, Erisman explains why he was excited to become the first head coach of Little Rock's Team and what it is like being a member of the PAC-12 along with how that conference affiliation came about. Erisman discusses what the first dual at the Jack Stephens Center was like for him and his staff and who stood out in Little Rock's inaugural season.
