2008 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded highest finish and career high in the 5,000-meter run at the Harding Invitational winning the event in 15:34.05...Placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Ole Miss Invitational with a time of 9:58.54 placing him sixth in the Sun Belt Conference...Placed sixth at the John McDonnell Invitational in the 3,000-meters recording a time of 9:08.74 placing him eighth in UALR career records...Competed at the Rhodes College Open in the 1,500-meter run placing 15th with a time of 4:13.38...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for academic excellence.

2008 Indoor Track Season:  Redshirted.

2007 Cross Country Season:  Helped lead UALR to 2007 Sun Belt Conference Cross Country title placing 16th over the 8K course with a time of 26:28.01...Recorded career and season high in the 8K at the Brooks Memphis Twilight Invitational placing 49th out of 341 runners while recording a time of 25:57.34 ranking him 17th in UALR career records...Recorded highest finish at the Arkansas Twilight Run 5K placing seventh with a time of 20:58.93...Competed at the NCAA South Central Regional placing 73rd out of 105 runners with a career and season high time of 33:11.2 ranking him 19th in UALR career records...Competed at the USA Cross Country Championships placing 67th out of 100 runners with a time of 27:31 over the 8K course.

High School:  The 11-time conference champions, 12-time all-conference selection, and seven-time all-state selection at Bryant High School recorded personal records of 4:23.61 in the 1,600 meters, 9:33.48 in the 3,200 meters, and 15:31 in the 5K...Won the state championship in the 1,600 meters in 2006 and in the 3,200 meters in 2007...Earned Arkansas All-Star Cross Country team three times...Earned All-Arkansas Track team and All-Arkansas Academic Track team twice in his career...A two-time team captain, helped lead his team to conference champions six times...Earned a gold medal in the 2000 meter steeplechase at the AAU Regionals and a bronze medal for the same event in 2007...An honor graduate, received Outstanding Academic Achievement Award and was selected as an Arkansas Boys State Delegate...Received the UALR Academic Merit Scholarhip.
