2013 Outdoor Season: Competed in the shot put, discus and hammer throws in his only spring competition at the Rhodes Open (March 16)… Won the discus throw with a toss of 162’-2” (49.44m)… Finished third in the shot put with a distance of 46’-11” (14.30m)… Placed seventh in the hammer throw with a distance of 151’-9” (46.26m)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for maintaining a GPA above 3.5.
2012-2013 Indoor Season: Scored four points at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 24) by finishing sixth in the shot put (53’-1.75” 16.20m) and eighth in the weight throw with a toss of 55’-5.25” (16.82m)… Broke the UALR weight throw record by more than three feet with a toss of 59’-3.5” (18.07m) at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic (Dec. 2)… Broke two school records during the 2012-13 indoor season by more than three feet…His top weight throw distance is the seventh-best and his shot put mark is the eighth-best in the Sun Belt Conference during the indoor season… Won the shot put with a throw of 46’-3.5” at the MTSU Valentine Invitational (Feb. 9).
2012 Outdoor Season: Swept the throwing events winning the shot put in 13.83m, the discus in 48.65m, and the hammer in 52.61m at the season-opening Hendrix Invitational ... Won the discus in 48.66m and the hammer in 53.68 at the Rhodes College Open ... Belt's throw of 53.68m in the hammer at Rhodes was good enough for second place on UALR's all-time list ... Also placed third in the shot put in 14.33m at Rhodes ... Won the men's discus with a throw of 50.68m and placed sixth in the men's hammer recording a distance of 53.54m at Ole Miss Invitational ... Won Sun Belt Field Athlete of the Week honors after sweeping the throwing events at the UCA Open, winning the shot put in 14.59m, the discus in 49.22m, and the hammer in 53.00m ... Won the men's discus in 52.85m, placed third in the men's hammer in 52.97m, and placed fourth in the men's shot put in 14.43m at the Red Wolf Open ... His throw of 52.85m at the Red Wolf Open was the second-best discuss toss in school history ... Finished third in the men's discus throw with a toss of 52.44m at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships ... Finished 12th in the men's shot put and moved into second place on the school's all-time list with throw of 15.37m at the Outdoor Championships ... Placed ninth in the men's hammer throw (52.72m) at the Outdoor Championships ... Placed 37th in the prelims at the NCAA West Preliminaries with a toss of 50.35m in the discus throw ... Named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team.
2012 Indoor Season: Placed fourth in the men's weight throw with a distance of 17.14m and eighth in the men's shot put with a throw of 14.25m at Arkansas State Kickoff Klassic ... Placed fourth in the men's weight throw with a distance of 16.63m at the ASU Invitational ... Also placed eighth in the men's shot put with a throw of 14.70m ... Placed second in the men's shot put with a throw of 15.01m and second in the men's weight throw with a distance of 17.30m at the MTSU Invitational ... Placed second in the men's shot put with a distance of 15.28m and third in the men's weight throw with a distance of 16.88m at the Valentine Invitational ... Recorded a UALR career record in the men's shot put with a distance of 15.92m for eighth place at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships ... Set another UALR career record in the weight throw by placing sixth with a distance of 17.29m at the Indoor Championships.
2011 Indoor and Outdoor Season: Redshirted.
Iowa Western Community College: Competed two years for Iowa Western Community College in the throws...Last season, won the hammer at the Region XI Outdoor Championship with a throw of 47.31m and also placed second in the discus in 43.86m, fourth in the javelin in 44.17m, and fifth in the shot put in 12.24m...Recorded a 13th place finish in the hammer last season at the NJCAA National Outdoor Meet.
