2014 Cross Country: Finished first among Little Rock runners at the Sun Belt Championship (Nov. 2) by placing fourth overall in 17:14.8, breaking the Little Rock 5K record in the process...Named First Team All-Sun Belt for her effort in that race...Was the second finisher for Little Rock and second overall at the UALR Invitational (Oct. 18), placing sixth overall in 17:48.07 on the 5K course...Took third overall and second among Little Rock runners at the Rhodes Invitational (Sept. 27) with a run of 22:02.20...In her first cross country race with the team, Nolan took second among Little Rock finishers at the Memphis Twilight Invitational (Aug. 31) with a time of 19:05.80...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for achieving a GPA of 3.5 or higher during the 2014-15 academic year.
2014 Outdoor Season: Won her first race with Little Rock at the UALR Open (April 12), leaning across the line in 2:21.95 to claim the win in the 800...Also took second in the 1500 in a time of 4:42.06...Began her year with a second-place finish in the 800 at the Rhodes Open (March 15), just missing a top-10 time in school history with a run of 2:16.51...Came in third in the 800 at the Twilight Open (April 17), racing in 2:15.79 to just miss a Little Rock top-10 time in that event...Set a personal record in the 1500 at the Beach Invite (April 19), running in 4:35.20 to move to sixth-place all time in Little Rock history...Placed second in the 800 at the Red Wolves Open (April 26) in 2:14.09, setting a new personal record and moving her to eighth all-time at Little Rock...Ran three races at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championship (May 10), placing 10th in the 800 in 2:16.30, scoring a point with an eighth-place finish in the 1500 in 4:40.32 and placing 20th in the 5K with a time of 18:54.24.
2013-14 Indoor Season: Joined the Little Rock track and field team for the indoor season...In her first track race for the Trojans, placed seventh in the mile at the Arkansas State Invite (Jan. 24)...Placed eighth in the 800 for Little Rock at the Tennessee State Invite (Jan. 31), scoring one point for the Trojans...Part of the second-place DMR team at the Samford Invitational (Feb. 8) that was the ninth-best showing in school history...Placed 32nd in the mile at the same meet...Opened the DMR at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 24), helping the Trojans to a sixth-place, three-point finish...Placed 11th in the mile at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 25), just missing the cut for the final race.
Before Little Rock: With the St. Abbans Athletic club, Nolan represented Ireland in the 1500 as a junior athlete. She holds personal bests of 4:35 in the 1500, 2:14 for the 800 and 17:42 in the 5K. She holds Arkansas Tech's indoor 800 record with a time of 2:18.32 and its outdoor records for the 800 (2:14) and the 1500 (4:35). Nolan ran track and cross country for six years in high school.
