2014-15 Indoor Season: Ran the 400-meter dash at the A-State Kickoff Klassic (Dec. 8), placing fifth in 51.94 seconds...Also part of the 4x400 relay team that placed fourth in 3:25.79...Finished 13th in the 800 in 2:01.15 at the A-State Scarlet and Black Invite (Jan. 26)...Ran on the winning DMR team at the A-State Invite (Jan. 31)...Placed 24th in 23.24 seconds in the 200 at that meet as well...Took 26th in the 400 at the Samford Invitational (Feb. 18)...Topped the Trojans with a 42nd-place finish in the 800 at that meet as well...Part of the fifth-place DMR team at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 23)...Placed 19th in the 400 at that meet as well...Scored two points with a seventh-place finish in the 4x400 to close the Sun Belt Championship.

2014 Outdoor Season: Reached the finals of the 400 hurdles at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championship (May 11), placing fifth in 53.04 seconds to score four points for the Trojans...Also helped Little Rock to a eighth-place showing in the 4x400 relay at the conference championship...Broke the Little Rock school record in the 400 hurdles on back-to-back weekends...His record now sits at 52.90 seconds, set at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 18) in California...He had earlier set the record at the UALR Open (April 12), crossing the finish line in 53.06 seconds...Also helped Little Rock to a second place 4x100 relay at that meet when he anchored the relay...Ran fourth in the 400 hurdles at the Rhodes Open (March 15) to start the season...Placed fourth again in the 400 hurdles at the Ole Miss Open (March 22) as he crossed the finish line in 54.08 seconds...Ran 53.06 seconds for seventh place in the 400 hurdles at the Beach Invite (April 19)...Finished the 400 hurdles in sixth place in 53.26 seconds at the Red Wolves Open (April 26)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 to 3.49.

2013-14 Indoor Season: Placed 15th in the 400 in 52.07 seconds at the Tennessee State Invite (Feb. 1)...Came in 50th in the 400 in 51.13 seconds at the Samford Invitational (Feb. 8)...Also part of the 20th-place 4x400 team at that meet...Ran the 800-meter leg of the DMR at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 24), helping Little Rock to a sixth-place, three-point finish...Placed 15th in the 400 at that same meet...Part of the sixth-place 4x400 team at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 25) to close the meet by scoring six points.

2013 Outdoor Season:  Finished 10th with a time of 53.61, the second-fastest time in the 400m hurdles in school history, at the SBC Championships (May 10)… Was a member of the 4x100 relay team that finished eighth and scored a point with a time of 42.03 at the SBC Championships… Finished second twice in the 400m hurdles on the season, finishing with a time of 55.06 at the Rhodes Open (March 16) and finishing with a time of 54.21 at the Harding Bison Invitational (April 6)… Also ran career-best in the 200m (22.35) and the 400m (49.47) at the Harding Bison Invitational...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for maintaining a GPA above 3.5.

2012-2013 Indoor Season:  Helped Little Rock score eight combined points in the 4x400 relay (seventh, 3:24.29) and distance medley relay (third, 10:17.01) at the SBC Championships (Feb. 24)… Turned in a career indoor-best in the 400m with a time of 50.80 to finish sixth at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic (Dec. 2).

2012 Outdoor Track Season: Recorded a time of 54.93 in the men's 400-meter hurdles to place third at the Hendrix Invitational ... Placed ninth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Rhodes College Open ... Recorded a time of 55.21 for a 15th-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the Ole Miss Invitational ... Placed 11th in 55.27 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Mississippi Invitational ... Placed 10th in the 400-meter dash and 28th in the 200-meter hurdles at the UCA Open ... Recorded a time of 54.33 in the men's 400-meter hurdles for a third place finish at the Red Wolf Open ... Ran a career-best time of 54.11 in the 400 hurdles preliminaries at the Sun Belt Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing him third on Little Rock's all-time list.

2012 Indoor Track Season: Placed fourth in the 400-meter dash at the ASU Kickoff Klassic, recording a time of 50.86 ... Helped Little Rock win the distance medley relay at the Arkansas State Invitational ... Finished in 23.31 for 20th place in the 200-meter dash at the ASU Invitational ... Helped Little Rock win the 4x440-yard relay and placed eighth in the men's 400-meter dash in 50.84 at the MTSU Invitational ... Placed seventh in the men's 400-meter dash in 51.17 at the Valentine Invitational ... Earned All-Sun Belt honors by helping Little Rock win the distance medley relay at the 2012 Sun Belt Indoor Track and Field Championships ... Also helped the Trojans place sixth in the
4x400-meter relay at the Indoor Championships.

Before Little Rock: Competed at J.J. Pearce High School where he was a district champion in the 300-meter hurdles his sophomore and senior seasons...Regional qualifier in both the 300-meter hurdles and the 4x400-meter relay his sophomore through senior seasons...Regional finalist for both his senior season...Recorded personal bests of 38.50 in the 300-meter hurdles and a split of 49.50 for his leg of the 4x400-meter relay.
