2013 Outdoor Season:  Recorded the fifth-best jump in school history in the triple jump with a distance of 45’-5.75” (13.86m) to finish 17^th at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (May 10)… Finished fifth in the long jump with the eighth-best distance in school history (21’-5.25”, 6.53m) at the Hendrix Invite… Finished 17^th with a time of 23.67 in the 200m at the Hendrix Invite… Also finished third in the triple jump with a distance of 42’4.75” (12.92m) at the Harding Bison Invitational (April 6)… Finished 21^st with a time of 11.93 in the 100m at the UCA Open (March 29).

2012-2013 Indoor Season:  Took 17^th with an indoor career-best distance of 20’-2.5” (6.16m) in the long jump at the SBC Championships (Feb. 24)… Turned in the sixth-best indoor triple jump in UALR history with a distance of 43’-4.5” (13.22m) to finish 11^th at the Arkansas State Invitational (Jan. 25)… Finished 7.03 in the 55m for a 47^th-place finish at the Arkansas State Invitational.

High School: Ran for head coach Hays Lemley at Van Buren HS ... Served as team captain for the Pointers ... Holds the school record in the triple jump and was an All-State honoree in the event as a senior ... Also a member of the team that set a school record in the 4x400m relay.

Personal: Born on October 3, 1993 in Toledo, Ohio ... Parents are Sheila and Vince Shores ... Has two sisters, Serena and Angel ... Plans to major in Mechanical Engineering.
