2016 Outdoor Season: Did not compete for the Trojans outdoors in 2016.

2015-16 Indoor Season: Came in 16th place in the 800 at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 22) with a time of 2:04.12...Also ran the 800 at the ASU Invitational (Jan. 22), coming in 26th with a time of 2:09.30.

2015 Outdoor Season: Took second place in the 5K at the UCA Relays (March 30) with a time of 15:45.80...Placed fourth in the 800 at the UALR Open (April 11), running in 1:59.28...At the UCA Open (April 19), came in 17th in the 800 in 1:59.73...Took sixth at the Red Wolf Open (April 25) in the 3K steeplechase, crossing the finish line in 9:57.16...At the Sun Belt Championship (May 10), placed 14th in the 3K steeplechase with a time of 10:11.83...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Honor Roll for achieving a GPA between 3.0 and 3.49 during the 2014-15 academic year.

2014-15 Indoor Season: Helped Little Rock score four points with a fifth-place finish in the distance medley relay at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 23), the seventh-best time in school history...Placed 18th in the 5K in 15:32.21 at the same meet...Placed eighth in the 800 at the A-State Kickoff Klassic (Dec. 8), running in 2:07.08...Also took second in the mile at that meet in 4:34.12...Ran fifth in the 3K in 8:58.38 at the A-State Scarlet and Black Invitational (Jan. 26)...Took fourth place in 15:43.10 at the A-State Invite (Jan. 31)  in the 5K...Finished 25th in the 3K at the Samford Invitational (Feb. 18).

2014 Cross Country Season: Finished fourth or fifth among Little Rock runners in every race during the 2014 season...Placed 118th at the NCAA South Central Regional (Nov. 14), finishing the 10K course in 32:48.6...Was the fifth Trojan runner to finish at the Sun Belt Championship (Nov. 2), placing 43rd in 27:00.5 in the 8K course...Rounded out the Trojans' scoring at the UALR Invitational (Oct. 18) by placing 18th overall in 26:32.77...Placed 26th at the Rhodes Invitational (Sept. 27) in fourth for the Trojans in a time of 27:05.60...Capped Little Rock's scoring with a fourth-place finish at the Memphis Twilight Invitational (Aug. 31).

2014 Outdoor Season: Finished ninth in the 3K steeplechase at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championship (May 10), completing the race in 9:56.87...Also ran the 5K the following day, taking 21st in 16:08.50...Took second place in the 3K steeplechase in his first ever outdoor race with Little Rock, finishing in 9:48.02 at the Rhodes Open (March 15)...Placed second in the 3K steeplechase at the Twilight Open (April 17), running it in 10:01.15...Ran the 5K at the Beach Invite (April 19), moving to 10th all-time at Little Rock in the event in a personal-best 14:56.60...Ran 4:05.54 in the 1500 for fourth place at the Red Wolves Open (April 26)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for maintaining a GPA above 3.5.

2013-14 Indoor Season: Opened the year with a victory in the 3K in 8:43.29 at Arkansas State (Dec. 1)...Took eighth at Arkansas State in the 3K in 8:50.37 the season's second meet at Arkansas State (Jan. 24)...Scored for Little Rock at Tennessee State in the 800, coming in seventh in 1:58.20 (Feb. 1)...Took 34th in the 3K at the Samford Invitational (Feb. 8)...Helped the men's DMR team score at the Sun Belt Conference Championship, taking sixth in 10:23.61 (Feb. 24)...Followed that with an 11th-place effort to close his season in the 5K at the SBC Championship (Feb. 25).

2013 Cross Country Season: Placed 15th overall and fifth among Trojan runners at the Gerald Richey Invite in Arlington, Texas, to round out the scoring and help the team to a first-place showing...Was 14th across the finish line at the UALR Invite (Oct. 19) and fifth among Trojan runners...Placed 121st at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 5), the fifth-best showing of Little Rock athletes.

Prior to Little Rock: Spent two years at San Bernardino Valley College in San Bernardino, Calif…Competing for the Wolverines, he claimed the conference championship in the 5K in 2012…Also won the cross county conference championship in 2012…His team was runner up in the California Community College Athletic Association for cross country in 2012…Has a personal best of 14:52 in the 5K and 3:58 in the 1,500-meter race…Attended Arlington High School in Riverside, Calif., running bests of 9:28 in the 3,200; 4:29 in the 1,600 and 1:58 in the 800.
