2015-16 Track and Field Season: Did not run track for the Trojans in 2015-16.

2015 Cross Country Season: Began the year with a ninth-place finish at the Brooks Memphis Twilight Invitational (Sept. 5), crossing the four-mile finish line in 20:25.26...Won the Lois Davis Invitational (Sept. 11) thanks to a 8K time of 25:32 and helped the team claim a victory as a whole...Took 60th at the Chile Pepper Festival with a time of 25:06.36...Placed second at the Little Rock Invitational, setting a personal record in the 8K by six seconds with a time of 24:36.8...Came in 20th at the Sun Belt Championship with a time of 26:37.3.

2015 Outdoor Season: Finished second in the 3K at the Jim Mize Invitational (March 22), running in 8:40.35...Ran second in the 1500 at the UALR Open (April 11), crossing the finish line in 4:04.51...Ran the 5K at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 17), finishing the race in 14:51.88...At the Sun Belt Championship (May 10), came in ninth in the 10K with a time of 32:09.54 and 12th in the 5K with a time of 15:23.04...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for achieving a GPA of 3.5 or higher during the 2014-15 academic year.

2014-15 Indoor Season: Named Third Team All-Sun Belt after finishing in third place in the 5K at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 23)...Scored six points for Little Rock with that third-place finish, coming just 0.63 seconds shy of the school record in the process...His time of 14:37.85 is now second-best all-time at Little Rock...Placed third in the mile at the A-State Kickoff Klassic (Dec. 8)...Also ran the 3K at that meet, taking second place in 8:43.51...Ran sixth place in the mile in 4:24.64 at the A-State Scarlet and Black Invite (Jan. 26)...Part of Little Rock's winning DMR team at the A-State Invite (Jan. 31)...Won the 5K the next day, finishing in 15:14.41...Ran the mile in 4:16.92, the sixth-best time in school history, at the Samford Invitational (Feb. 18)...Part of the fifth-place DMR team at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 23).

2014 Cross Country Season: Was Little Rock's top finisher in the NCAA South Central Regional (Nov. 14) by placing 45th overall in 31:09.1 for the eighth-best 10K time in Little Rock history...Led the Trojans at the Sun Belt Championship (Nov. 2) by placing 12th and earning Third Team All-Sun Belt Honors...Crossed the finish line in 25:14.4 in that race...Won the UALR Invitational (Oct. 18) by running 24:42.14 over the 8K course and setting a new personal best by 23 seconds...Took fourth place and second among Trojans at the Rhodes Invitational (Sept. 27) in 25:32.40...Placed fifth at the Memphis Twilight Invitational (Aug. 31) with a time of 20:18.05.

2014 Outdoor Season: Thanks to a sixth-place finish, scored points for Little Rock at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championship (May 9) in the 10K with a time of 32:03.27...Also finished 12th in the 5K in 15:31.34 at the championship meet...Had the sixth-best time in school history in the 10K at the Rhodes Open (March 15), placing fourth in the race with a time of 31:30.53...Led all Little Rock runners with a time of 15:22.10 in the 5K at the UALR Open (April 12), good for second place...Won the 5K in a new personal-best time at the UCA Open (April 18), crossing the finish line in 14:53.36 and vaulting to ninth all-time at Little Rock with that mark...Won the 5K for the second consecutive week at the Red Wolves Open (April 26), setting a new PR again with a time of 14:52.36...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for maintaining a GPA above 3.5.

2013-14 Indoor Season: Won the 5K at the Samford Invitational (Feb. 8), crossing the finish line in 14:54.66 and to break his personal record by 27 seconds and move to seventh all-time at Little Rock in that distance...Placed fifth in the 3K at the Arkansas State Invitational (Jan. 24)...Took ninth in the 5K at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 25).

2013 Cross Country Season: Placed third overall and second among Trojan runners at the Gerald Richey Invite in Arlington, Texas, to open the year and help the team to an overall victory...Was Little Rock's second finisher at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 5), taking 51st overall...Ran seventh overall and third among Little Rock runners at the UALR Invitational (Oct. 19), helping the team to three dual meet victories.

2013 Outdoor Season:  Scored a point with an eighth-place finish in a career-best time of 32:39.34 in the 10K at the SBC Championships (May 10)… Turned in an outdoor-best time of 15:22.70 to finish 14th in the 5K at the Long Beach Invite (April 20)… Finished fourth with a time of 4:14.48 in the 1500m at the Harding Bison Invitational (April 6)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for maintaining a GPA above 3.5.

2012-2013 Indoor Season:  Turned in a career-best in the 5000m with a time of 15:21.48 to finish 12th at the SBC Championships (Feb. 24)… Ran a career-best 9:09.49 in the 3000m to finish 12th at the MTSU Valentine Invite (Feb. 9).

2012 Cross Country Season: Finished with a season-best time of 26:02.42 to at the Greater Louisville Classic Sept. 29… Ran a season-best 32.50.0 in the 10k to finish 92nd at the Chili Pepper Festival (Oct. 13).

Before Little Rock: Ran for coaches Dave Landgraf and Nick Schumacher at Bloomer HS in Bloomer, Wis. ... Posted times of 4:26 in the 1600m, 9:27 in the 3200m and 15:43 in the 5K ... Three-time qualifier for the State Cross Country Championships ... Placed fifth at the Cross Country State Championships in 2011 ... Placed fourth in the 3200m at the State Championships in 2011 before finishing third in 2012 ... Was named to Wisconsin's All-Cross Country Team in 2011 ... Helped lead Bloomer to three Heart O' North Championships ... Was a four-year member of the Honor Roll and National Honor Society.
