2017 Outdoor Season: At the Sun Belt Championship (May 12), helped the Trojans to a second-place finish in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:41.52, the second-best time in program history...Also took fourth as an individual in the 400 at the Sun Belt Championship and 14th in the 200...At the Memphis Invitational (April 28), helped Little Rock to a third-place showing in the 4x400 relay while also taking sixth place in the 200 in 24.55 seconds and 11th in the 100 in 12.15 seconds...At the ASU Red Wolf Open (April 21), came in second in the 400 in 58.35 seconds...Took 13th in the 400 at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 13) with a time of 55.56 seconds...At the Bobby Lane Invitational (March 25), placed fifth in the 400 and third in the 4x400 relay...Helped Little Rock win the 4x100 and won the 200 as an individual at the Rhodes Invitational (March 17)...Began her year with a win in the 100 in a time of 12.48 seconds.

2016-17 Indoor Season: Helped the Trojans to a fifth-place finish, scoring four points at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 20) in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:49.55..Just missed out on scoring points as an individual in the 400 when she placed 10th in 56.14 seconds at that meet...At the Samford Open (Feb. 10), was on Little Rock's 13th-place 4x400 relay team that finished in 4:01.26...Also came in 17th in the 200 in 25.52 seconds...At the USA Invitational (Feb. 5), placed fourth in the 400 in 56.22 seconds and was part of Little Rock's 4x400 team that took fourth in 3:52.09...At the ASU Invitational (Jan. 27), came in fourth in the 400 with a time of 57.38 seconds...Ran the 200 and 4x400 at the ASU Kickoff Klassic (Dec. 2), placing third and first, respectively, with times of 25.53 seconds and 3:58.22.

2016 Outdoor Season: At the Sun Belt Championship (May 13), won the 4x100 relay and set a new school record with a time of 45.22 seconds...Also took fifth in the 400-meter race at the conference championship with a time of 54.88 seconds, the third-fastest time in school history...Helped the Trojans to a second-place finish in the 4x100 at the Memphis Invitational (April 29), running in a time of 46.03 seconds to tie the then-school record...Won the 4x100 relay at the Little Rock Invitational (April 8), setting a then-school record with her teammates with a time of 46.03...Won the 400 at the Rhodes Invitational (March 18) with a time of 56.95 seconds.

2015-16 Indoor Season: Began her Trojan career by participating in the 4x400 relay at the ASU Invitational (Feb. 22), helping Little Rock to a time of 4:09.82...Ran the 400 in 59.05 at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 31)...Ran the race even faster in 58.31 at the Jaguar Invitational (Feb. 7)...Set a season best with a time of 57.50 in the 400 at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 22) to move up to sixth all-time in Trojan history with that time...Also ran with the Trojans in the 4x400 relay at the SBC Championship, running with the Trojans for a time of 3:53.46.

Before Little Rock: Attended Middle Tennessee State University...Attended University of Cape Coast in the central region of Ghana ... Received Western Regional Best Athlete of the Year in 2010 and 2011 ... Represented Ghana in the the World University Games in 2013 ...Coached by Eric Adaisi at Cape Coast.
