2017 All-Sun Belt (1500)

2017 Outdoor Season: Earned a second-place finish at the Sun Belt Championship in the 1500 (May 12), scoring eight points for Little Rock with a time of 3:53.57...Also scored a point in the 5K at the Sun Belt Championship, racing to an eighth-place finish in 15:16.77...At the Memphis Invitational (April 28), came in fourth in the 800 and second in the 1500...Placed second in the 800 at the Red Wolf Open (April 21) with a time of 1:54.23...Won the 5K at the Beach Invitational (April 14) and won the 1500 at the Pacific Beach Intercollegiate (April 13) on back-to-back days in California...Took fifth in the 1500 at the Bobby Lane Invitational (March 25) with a time of 3:59.18...At the Rhodes Invitational (March 17), came in second in the 5K with a time of 14:58.31...Placed second in the 800 in the UCA Spring Opener with a time of 1:57.08.

2016-17 Indoor Season: Placed seventh at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 20) in the 3K with a time of 8:30.42, scoring two points for the Trojans...Also scored one point for Little Rock with an eighth-place showing in the mile with a time of 4:16.18...Just missed scoring in the 5K as well, placing 10th in 15:14.16...At the USA Invitational (Feb. 5), placed sixth in the mile with a time of 4:17.37...Came in fourth in the 3K at the ASU Invitational (Jan. 27) with a time of 8:35.46...Was part of the winning DMR team at that meet with a time of 10:54.71...Placed second in the 3K at the ASU Kickoff Klassic (Dec. 2) with a time of 8:46.73.

2016 Cross Country Season: Set the 15th-fastest 10K time in program history at the NCAA South Central Regional, running the course in 31:40.4...Finished in 43rd place at the regional meet...Came in 24th at the Sun Belt Championship with a time of 26:08.8...Placed sixth at the Little Rock Invitational in 25:49.8...Earned 66 points for the Trojans at the Chile Pepper Festival with a time of 25:51.33...Placed seventh at the UCA Cross Country Challenge, finishing the course in 19:15.4...Finished in 68th in 21:21.32 at the Memphis Twilight Invitational to begin the season.

2016 Outdoor Season: At the Rhodes Invitational (March 18), took sixth place in the mile with a time of 4:26.53...In Lafayette at the Louisiana Classic, helped the Trojans to fourth in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:18.54.

2015-16 Indoor Season: Had a season-best time in the 800 with a 1:59.59 showing at the Jaguar Invite (Feb. 7)...Also ran the 800 in 2:00.69 for eighth place at the ASU Invitational (Jan. 22)...At the Jaguar Invite, also ran the mile in 4:27.55...Helped the Trojans to a fifth-place finish in the DMR at the Sun Belt Championship (Feb. 22) where the team completed the race in 10:18.01...Also ran in the 4x400 relay at that meet, helping Little Rock to a seventh-place finish in 3:21.55.

2015 Cross Country Season: Ran 146th in a time of 25:58.49 at the Chile Pepper Festival in his first race as a Trojan...Came in 11th at the Little Rock Invitational with a time of 24:59.2 in the 8K, the 15th-best time in program history...Came in 47th place at the Sun Belt Championship, finshing with a time of 28:10.5.

Before Little Rock: Ran track at Butler Community College for the Grizzlies and coach Ryan Turner...Placed sixth in the country at Cross Country Nationals in 2014, earning All-American status for his efforts...Also an All-American thanks to his second-place team finish in the distance medley relay, third-place finish in the 4x800 indoors and fifth-place showing in the 4x800 outdoors...Also named to All-Academic teams and the Dean's Honor Roll.
