2020-21 Indoor All-Sun Belt Conference Third Team (4x400m Relay) 

2021 Outdoor (Sophomore): Tied the school record in the 800m as he finished the season ranked fourth in the Sun Belt in the event ... Competed in two events and the 4x400m relay across six meets, posting the school record-tying 800m time of 1:50.82 and running a career-best 400m time of 50.02 ... Ran the 10th-fastest 800m time in school history as he was the runner-up at the Richard Martin, Jr. Invitational (3/19-20) with a time of 1:53.36 ... Won the 800m at the Miami Hurricane Invitational (3/27) with a time of 1:53.16, moving his top time up to No. 9 in school history ... Claimed a pair of wins at the Little Rock Open, fisrt by setting a new facility record in the 800m with a time of 1:54.76 while also running the second leg of the 4x400m relay that won with a time of 3:25.45 ... Ran the fifth-fastest time in school history as he was clocked at 1:52.62 in the 800m to place 11th at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/24-25) ...  Tied the school record in the 800m in the prelims at the Sun Belt Championships (5/13-15) with a time of 1:50.82 to finish fifth in the prelims before finishing fourth overall in the finals with a time of 1:52.08 and ran the second leg of the 4x400m relay that finished sixth with a time of 3:19.14.

2020-21 Indoor (Junior): Competed in the 800m and ran in the 4x400m relay ... Posted a season- and personal-best time of 1:53.95, which ranked sixth in the Sun Belt ... Opened the indoor season at the A-State Kickoff Classic (12/13) where he finished as runner-up in the 800m with a time of 1:55.89 while running the third leg of the 4x400m relay “B” team that finished fourth with a time of 1:55.89 ... Anchored the 4x400m relay that finished fifth at the Arkansas Invitational (1/16) with a time of 3:21.78 while also placing third in the 800m, running a personal best 1:55.56 ... Placed fourth in the 400m at the Scarlet & Black Invitational (1/31) with a time of 1:55.87 ... Set a new personal record in the 800m by running 1:53.95 to place seventh at the Jaguar Invitational (2/7), the sixth-best mark in school history while also running the second leg of the 4x400m relay that posted a time of 3:22.29 to finish fifth ... Garnered all-conference honors at the Sun Belt Championships (2/22-23) as he ran the second leg of the 4x400m relay that finished third with a time of 3:17.54 - the sixth-fastest time in school history - while also scoring in the 800m as he finished fourth with a time of 1:54.18.

2020 Outdoor Season (Sophomore): Did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in five meets … Set a new personal best 8K time of 26:08.1 as he finished 31^st at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (Nov. 2) … Opened the year with a new personal best four-mile time of 21:36.02, placing 35^th at the Memphis Twilight Classic (Aug. 31) … His best finish of the year came at the Little Rock Open (Oct. 19), running 27:01.6 to finish 12^th.

2019 Outdoor Season (Freshman): Ran in five meets for the Trojans in the distance events ... Set a personal-best in the 800 meters with a 1:54.56 at the Sun Belt Championships (May 11), finishing 10th ... Ran a 4:05.90 in the 1,500 meters at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (Apr. 27), a personal-best ... Finished 10th in the 800 meters ar the ASU Red Wolf Open (Apr. 19) ... Member of the Trojan 4x400 meter relay team that finished ninth at the Sun Belt Championships ... Team also placed second at the ASU Red Wolf Open and fifth at the Ole Miss Classic (Mar. 30).

2018-19 Indoor Season (Freshman): Competed in four meets for Little Rock in a number of events ... Ran the 800 twice, setting a PR of 1:57.17 at the Samford Open (Jan. 19), finishing sixth ... Competed in the mile three times with a PR of 4:28.38 at the Sun Belt Championships (Feb. 19), placing 18th ... Member of the 4x400 meter relay at the Samford Open ... Member of the distance medley relay at the Sun Belt Championships as Little Rock placed seventh.

2018 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Ran in all five meets for Little Rock ... Posted his best 8K time at the Little Rock Invitational (Oct. 13) at 26:46.60, finishing 30th ... Placed 52nd at the Sun Belt Conference Championship (Oct. 27) with a time of 27:34.29 ... Ran a 27:06.00 at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival (Sept. 22) ... Opened his collegiate career with a four-mile time of 22:13.88 at the Brooks Memphis Twilight Classic (Sept. 1) ... Finished 10th at the UCA Cross Country Challenge (Sept. 8), finishing the 5K course in 16:56.82.

Cypress Falls HS: Was a four-year letterwinner in track and cross country... graduated cum laude... Member of the After Burners Track Club and won the 2017 championship at the Carl Lewis High School Indoor Invitational.
