2021-22 (Junior): Placed 45^th in the 100 butterfly with a season-best time of 1:00.85 and raced in the 200 butterfly and 200 IM as well as the Missouri Valley Conference Championships.
 
2020-21 (Sophomore): Qualified for the C final in the 200 butterfly the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, placing 20^th with a time of 2:11.49…. Won a swim-off in the 100 butterfly for the alternate spot, touching the wall at a lifetime best time of 57.59…. Finished 25^th in the 200 IM with a time of 2:16.26…. Earned 2021 MVC Scholar-Athlete honors.

2019-20 (Freshman): Posted a lifetime best time in the 100 butterfly at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, qualifying for the C final and finishing at 58.45…. Also qualified for the C final of the 200 butterfly with a season-best time of 2:13.33…. Collected season-bests in the 100 backstroke and 200 backstroke with times of 1:01.84 and 2:14.55, respectively.

Prior to Little Rock: MVP on her high school team.... School record holder in the 100 butterfly, 100 freestyle, and 200 IM.... Sixth place State finalist in the 100 butterfly and 200 IM.... Sectionals qualifier for her club team, Pikes Peak Athletics.... National Honor Society member.

Personal: Daughter of Scott and Suma Ridings.... Plans to major in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphases in Chemistry, Biology and Psychology.
